Shipping & Handling

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. Our shipping charges include protective packaging. If the item is out-of stock we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative. Payment will not be processed until the order is ready for dispatch.

Fusion Gallery will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.

Delivery

Fast local and reliable shipping to all New Zealand addresses and locations. Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the destination regardless of the value or the size of the purchase. Allow 3-5 days delivery of orders within New Zealand, and up to 10 working days over Christmas / public holiday periods.

You can either choose to pick up your item(s) from our store during normal business hours, or select delivery.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you wish to return your product please bring it into the gallery and if the item is in the condition it was when sold we will provide you with a full refund.
